At Premier Fish we take food hygiene and safety very seriously, to ensure our products are handled safely and professionally for our customers. We also follow full health and safety procedures to ensure our staff are safe in their workplace.
This week we have updated further training in the business to ensure we meet our commitments as part of our strict food management system to maintain the high standards we set. Our customers trust Premier Fish to deliver to these standards and we are proud to do so.
Congratulations to the fresh room team, who are all fully qualified to a minimum of level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety.
Dan and Hubert are both HACCP trained also.
